The Spinning program is the original and most popular group cycling class!

With no complicated movements to learn, great instructors, and music that begs
your legs to pedal, Spinning classes are as fun as they are effective. Because you can adjust the resistance on your own bike, you get the workout that’s right for you.

SPINNING - 45 minutes
EXPRESS SPIN -
30 minutes
SUPER SPIN - 60 minutes

Please Note: Based on a ‘first come’ policy, a sign-up sheet will be available at the Control Desk 30 minutes prior to each class. The first 15 to sign-in will reserve
a bike for class.
