A weight loss program you won’t find anywhere else

Top trainers divide up participants into teams and meet to workout 3 days per week.  Fitness competitions will take place against other teams. Participants will also receive weight loss guidance and lifestyle coaching with a Registered Dietitian and Weight Management Coach.

Weekly weigh-ins will determine individual, as well as, team weight loss. Prizes awarded to male and female participants with the largest percentage of weight loss, and winners of team competitions.
