A weight loss program you won’t find anywhere else!
Next 10 week competition begins March 2, 2014
Top trainers divide up participants into teams and meet to workout 3 days per week. Fitness competitions will take place against other teams. Participants will also receive weight loss guidance and lifestyle coaching with a Registered Dietitian and Weight Management Coach.
Weekly weigh-ins will determine individual, as well as, team weight loss. Prizes awarded to male and female participants with the largest percentage of weight loss, and winners of team competitions.
Applications available beginning Jan. 5 online or at the JCC Fitness Desk.
Applying to participate will consist of filling out medical and weight management history, fitness goals and lifestyle question form. You will be notified by email and asked to come in for an interview.
If chosen to participate, fee for JCC members is $399 and non-mbrs: $479.
