Group Training Programs Fall 2013
Semi-private group personal training is one of the fastest growing trends in the fitness community. Efficient, fun and incredibly economical – small groups of 6-8 work out together twice per week. 12 sessions: $180 ($15 per session)
24 sessions: $345 ($14 per session) Advanced billing only with auto renewal.
Drop-in: $20 per session
A no-nonsense style of training using free weights, body weight, drills, and endurance training to make you stronger and leaner!
Monday & Wednesday 5:30-6:30am with Vince
A combination of metabolic conditioning, resistance training and mixed martial arts drills. Fight camp will increase muscular endurance, test your cardiovascular abilities and get you fighting fit!
Friday 5:30-6:30am with Vince
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Boost fat-burning, cardiovascular fitness and athletic capacity using short bursts of aerobic drills with periods of recovery!
Tuesday 6-7pm with Jess
Suspension Training for total body fusion – core function, muscular strength and endurance!
