Herbert Newman, FAIA, writes that "Human beings are spiritual. Since the beginning of our time, we have recognized places, natural and human-made, which have evoked awe and wonder. We have prayed and honored, and in some instances, destroyed and desecrated them". In an illustrated presentation and conversation, Mr. Newman will discuss some of these places, their past, and our future.
