Tara has been a practicing therapist since 2005 and is licensed in CT and NY. With a history of working with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals, Tara specializes in pain management, injury prevention and recovery and on the lighter side, relaxation with Zero Balancing, Facial Rejuvenation and Reiki. I enjoy taking each session as another opportunity to listen, create a plan for the session and bring that client closer to their personal wellness goals.

Bryan brings a whole body approach to his work with a desire to help clients improve health and quality of life. Beginning his training at Wat Po/Chetawan Thai Traditional Medical School in Bangkok, and then at CCMT, his work stems from knowledge of traditional Thai massage, foot massage and oil massage, sports massage, Hendry Athletic Myotherapy, medical massage cupping and gua sha. He brings an understanding of human movement from 27 year background in movement sports (dance and martial arts).

Charlie is a graduate of CT Center of Massage Therapy with 16 months of schooling and 800 hours of supervised training. Specializing in Orthopedic Massage, ‘Chuck’ has a strong desire to help people get out of pain and feel better. His knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology with a deep understanding of orthopedic issues is impressive. He is always willing to help others in need, consistently bringing his talent to community service events and senior centers.

Studied at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy of Westport where she graduating in 2007 and continuing her education at Charter Oak State College earning a BS in Psychology. Experienced in a variety of modalities including Swedish, Hot Stone, Stretching & Myofascial Release and specializing in Sports Massage with deep/moderate pressure accommodating a variety of clients to help increase mobility and decrease pain.

Tova Emanuel-Hyman, an aesthetician and beauty therapist with over 20 years of experience, has received the finest European training. She has practiced her skill in London, Israel and New York City. Tova has a passion for enhancing her clients’ natural beauty, and enjoys developing personalized treatment plans for all skin types.
