Pam has worked in fitness since 1987, starting in group exercise and branching out into personal training at the JCC in the 90s while working on an exercise science masters at SCSU. She managed group exercise programs in three area gyms before returning to the JCC in 2010. Pam specializes in TRX, core, balance, BOSU, foam rolling and senior programming.
