Our certified personal trainers will connect with you virtually to keep you motivated and accountable, give you focus and clarity with your routine, and help increase the effectiveness of your workouts.

 

Sign up today to train with a Certified Personal Trainer and develop a customized fitness program that is designed for you. Working with a Certified Personal Trainer can make a significant difference when working toward your health and wellness goals.

 

Virtual Training/Coaching Rates:

Personal Training Half Session: Tier 1 (25 Minutes) (13+)

6 or 12 sessions

25 minutes one on one training session with a personal trainer.

Personal Training Half Session: Tier 2 (25 Minutes) (13+)

6 or 12 sessions

25 minutes one on one training session with a personal trainer.

 

Personal Training Partner Session (50 Minutes) (13+) 

Phase Personal Training Series (50 Minutes) (13+)

 

50 minutes one on one training 2xs per week to increase strength and muscle mass. 6 week series.
